Time-Based Charging

ITBN's TBC plan is perfect for frequent travellers needing a regular email address and Internet access when in China or for new users wanting to estimate their Internet usage before they choose a regular dial-up plan.

Residential TBC subscribers are prepaying a certain amount and are then billed at varying rates depending on the time of day and week, which are then deducted from their account. Discount hours are on weekdays 23:00 - 08:00 and on weekends and official holidays: 00:00 - 24:00.  Each subscriber will also have a 5 MB personal email account.
